Pinehook Labs builds and supports WordPress products. This policy explains the basic information handled by this website and Pinehook Labs support workflows.
Information we collect
If you contact Pinehook Labs or submit a product support request, we may receive your name, email address, site URL, product name, request category, plugin version, WordPress version, license or plan context, browser/user-agent information, anti-spam verification status, and the message you submit.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to support requests, troubleshoot product issues, improve documentation, and maintain our products.
Service providers
Pinehook Labs uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention, and Airtable for structured support/contact tracking. Pinehook Labs may also use service providers for email notification, source control, and product operations. Product-specific pages may name the exact providers used for that workflow.
Retention
We retain support and operational records only as long as needed for product support, security, compliance, and business records.
Contact
Questions about privacy can be submitted through the Pinehook Labs contact form.
